To this end, we solemnly commit to: building a safe, inclusive, and healthy content consumption environment for all users, eliminating vulgar and homogenized content, fully supporting original high-quality works, ensuring that platform content complies with legal requirements, industry ethics, and public order and good customs, so that every audience can gain high-quality emotional resonance and value inspiration in a short time.
B. Core Content Standards
All short dramas launched on the Dramabar platform must undergo multi-dimensional reviews and meet the following core standards:
a. Creation and Production Quality
We prioritize collecting well-crafted short drama works, including: complete narrative logic, compact and non-protracted plots that can construct clear character arcs and story closures within a limited duration; professional audio-visual presentation with a video resolution of no less than 1080p, noise-free audio with clear human voices, and smooth editing; authentic and vivid performances that avoid exaggerated and formulaic interpretations; unique creative expression that encourages works with innovative themes and perspectives, rejecting plagiarized, imitated, and stereotyped content.
b. Theme and Value Orientation
The platform supports diverse theme creation, covering urban emotions, workplace growth, suspense reasoning, ancient fantasy, light comedy healing, and other genres. However, all content must adhere to positive value orientation. It is strictly prohibited to include plots promoting materialism, extreme individualism, or feudal superstition, or depict behaviors that violate social morality and family ethics. At the same time, respect the cultural traditions, religious beliefs, and regional customs of all ethnic groups, avoid labeling and discriminatory descriptions of any gender, age, occupation, disabled groups, etc., to ensure the inclusiveness and civilization of the content.
c. Technical Adaptation Requirements
To ensure a full-scene viewing experience, short dramas must meet the following technical specifications: support mainstream video formats such as MP4, MOV, and AVI, with encoding methods H.264 or H.265 to balance image quality and loading speed; landscape works must have a resolution of no less than 1920×1080, and portrait works no less than 1080×1920; each episode's duration is controlled between 1-10 minutes, with a clear overall drama structure to facilitate audiences' fragmented viewing; no watermarks or third-party platform logos to ensure the unity of platform content. Works that do not meet the above standards will not pass the review and be launched.
d. Audience Adaptation Rating
The platform implements a rating system for content, divided into two levels: "Suitable for All Ages" and "Suitable for 16+". Content suitable for all ages must avoid any violence, blood, horror, sexual innuendo, and vulgar language, and be suitable for family viewing; content suitable for 16+ may include mild suspense plots or real-world theme conflicts, but must avoid explicit violent images, explicit emotional descriptions, and aggressive language, and must clearly mark the age prompt on the work's homepage. All content must not involve depictions of minors' bad behaviors to meet the needs of teenagers' healthy growth.
C. Copyright and Legal Compliance
We strictly abide by global intellectual property rights and relevant laws and regulations to ensure the legality and compliance of platform content, with specific requirements as follows:
a. Copyright Authorization Standards
Original Declaration: The content submitter must be the legitimate copyright owner of the short drama or have obtained complete authorization from the copyright owner. Copyright certification documents (such as original work registration certificates, authorization agreements, etc.) must be provided during submission; Regional Rights: The launched works must have distribution rights in the regions covered by the platform to ensure legal playback in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and overseas cooperative regions, avoiding regional copyright disputes; Third-Party Material Authorization: If the short drama contains third-party materials such as background music, fonts, portraits, and film and television clips, separate corresponding authorization documents must be provided to ensure no infringement risks.
b. Intellectual Property Protection
The platform strictly prohibits any acts of infringing intellectual property rights, including but not limited to plagiarizing others' scripts, stealing others' video materials, and using well-known film and television IPs for adaptation without authorization. For original works, the platform will assist creators in copyright protection registration; if infringing content is found, it will be taken down immediately and the platform will cooperate with the copyright owner to pursue relevant responsibilities.
c. Legal Bottom Line Requirements
All short drama content must comply with relevant laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Law on the Protection of Minors. It must not contain content that endangers national security, harms public interests, or undermines national unity. Strictly abide by the principle of authenticity in information release and prohibit the depiction of illegal and irregular plots.
D. Content Review Process
To ensure the quality of platform content, all submitted works must undergo a full-process evaluation of "three reviews and one final check", with specific processes as follows:
a. Preliminary Screening Review
Platform content specialists conduct preliminary screening of works, focusing on verifying technical specifications (format, resolution, etc.), theme compliance (whether containing obvious non-compliant elements), and basic production quality. Works that do not meet basic requirements will be directly rejected with reasons stated.
b. In-Depth Evaluation
A professional review team (including screenwriters, directors, and content risk control personnel) conducts in-depth evaluation of works that pass the preliminary screening, scoring from dimensions such as narrative logic, value orientation, performance level, and creative highlights. Works with a score of 80 or above (out of 100) enter the next link.
c. Legal Verification
The legal team conducts a comprehensive verification of the work's copyright documents, authorization qualifications, and content legality. After confirming no copyright disputes or illegal content, an approval certificate is issued.
d. Final Check Before Launch
24 hours before the work is launched, the content supervisor conducts a final check to confirm no omissions in all review links and no deviations in content modifications, then arranges the launch schedule.
E. Content Operation Management
To maintain the stability and quality of the platform's content ecosystem, we have established a sound content operation and management mechanism:
a. Content Update and Optimization
If the copyright owner needs to update the launched work (such as fixing image defects, adding subtitles, updating actor information, etc.), an update application and relevant certificates must be submitted. The platform will conduct a simplified re-review of the updated content and replace the original content after approval; the platform will provide traffic support for high-quality content based on viewing data (such as completion rate, praise rate) and demote low-quality content.
b. Content Removal Rules
Works under the following circumstances will be removed by the platform: those violating these Guidelines and relevant laws and regulations will be removed immediately and the copyright owner will be notified; those whose copyright authorization expires and renewal is not completed will be notified to the copyright owner 3 days before the expiration and removed immediately after expiration; those reported by audiences and verified to have problems will be suspended and re-reviewed, and removed if the review fails; those that need to be removed in response to policy adjustments will be executed by the platform as soon as possible with reasons stated.
c. Audience Feedback Mechanism
The platform has set up a "Content Feedback" channel. Audiences can report non-compliant content or put forward optimization suggestions through platform customer service, email, etc. The platform will respond within 24 hours and give a processing result to the reporter within 3 working days.
F. Prohibited Content List
To build a healthy and safe content environment, the following content is strictly prohibited from being launched. Once found, it will be removed immediately and relevant responsibilities will be pursued:
Hate and Discriminatory Content: Inciting ethnic conflicts, regional antagonism, or discriminatory and aggressive content targeting gender, religion, disabled persons, and other groups;

Infringing and Plagiarized Content: Using others' intellectual property rights without authorization, or plagiarizing and rephrasing others' original works;
Content Undermining Public Order and Good Customs: Content promoting materialism, feudal superstition, extramarital affairs, and other behaviors that violate social morality and family ethics.
G. Audience Rights and Responsibilities
We value every audience's experience and advocate that audiences participate in platform interactions in a responsible manner:
a. Legal Viewing
Audiences must respect the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and the platform, and shall not download, edit, or disseminate platform content without authorization; if non-compliant content is found, it should be reported through official channels, and rumors or cyberbullying shall not be spread.
b. Age Adaptation Prompt
For content marked "Suitable for 16+", audiences under 16 years old must watch with the accompaniment of guardians; the platform will assist guardians in fulfilling their guardianship responsibilities through real-name authentication and age prompts to jointly protect the healthy growth of teenagers.
